Acquired this property from a bandit sign. Needed a lot of updates and biggest one was hiring a contractor to paint the exterior of the house. Other highlights were tile floors, plumbing, carpet. We learned that we could do a lot of the work but to complete projects need to hire more contractors to complete the project faster and spend more time
