Bought from a wholesaler was a complete gut job. The owner smoked in the house so every interior wall and ceiling needed two coats of KILZ to rid of the smoke stains. This house was highlighted with a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel which included all new kitchen cabinets and tile shower surround installed by AJ. I’ll always remember this house due to the fact that the day before the house closed someone broke in thru the cellar window and stole all the copper piping. We had to repair all the water lines with PEX in 1 day to complete the sale.
