Bought this property from a Bandit Sign call. I walked the property and offered 10k. I think I could have got it for 5k after the condition of the house I wasn’t aware of at that time. While I started to rehab the house I found out that the dog that lived in the house was allowed to pee in all the rooms after pulling up the carpet I came down with bronchitis. After continuing work on the property we had to completely replace the water lines after we found several leaks and a thief broke in and stole all the copper piping in the basement of the house. This house was a first for several things: drywall, mudding, painting, plumbing, flooring etc. We ended up renting the house out for two years and were able to sell it after the tenants were troublesome.
