Bought this property from a HUD auction, continued to put bids in for it and eventually won. This one was a full kitchen update, paint, and carpet. Had some tools stolen from this house as a person went through a window. Goes to show there’s always setbacks on projects and never leave any tools at a project for even one night. Locals know you’re working on the house.
