This deal was an interesting one. First the owner called me on a bandit sign we put at the end of her street. I was at the airport when she first called me and met her the following week. Once I walked through the property and did my inspection it was one of the best west side Belle Vista houses I’ve been to. The home was for a retail buyer so I got the seller under contract and put it on the mls with a realtor. It sold over the asking price on the first showing. Because the buyer was using an FHA loan I had to repair a few issues at the property after the inspection. The loan officer also wouldn’t do a double close with an FHA loan so the title company had me sign an addendum that the seller would pay me my fee at closing.
