PRivate money Partner Deals
The following properties we projects we provided private money to a local investor for 6 months to a year for short term investment. So they could complete a deal and we received a percentage on our money for the short term loans. We received about 8-10% on our money with the first mortgage position on the houses if something went wrong with the project. We felt it was good to do these projects instead of leaving our money in the bank as we waited for our next projects to purchase and to build relationships with other local investors.
