Bought this Duplex and house from a local investor. We kept the tenants in place and it was a decent rental for us as we had some issues with tenants paying on time. After two years of renting it out and real estate market up in 2022 we decided to sell the properties. We were able to sell the properties on Zillow to an out of state investor for cash.
