Bought this property on the MLS with a local realtor it has served as a great rental for us as the same tenant lives in it. Her daughter later rented a property from us as well. We did our normal cosmetic repairs on this one paint, carpet, kitchen updates etc. The popcorn ceilings were a pain on this property.
