Bought this property from a friend and kept the tenant in place. The house was section 8 and was a good rental for several years. The house was old and was starting to fall apart and several major repairs were soon needed like a new roof. So I decided to sell the property in 2022 while the market was the highest in years and tripled my money from the purchase price.
