Bought this property from a seller that called us from a bandit sign. Needed a quick close as they were moving out of state. I bought this one site unseen; I had the seller take several pictures and I had a friend walk through the property for me. This has turned into a great Section 8 property for us and the tenant has signed a land contract with us and will own the property in the coming years.
