An out of state investor contacted me on this property to purchase it. I was hesitant at first but eventually bought it because the tenant wouldn’t let us inside.  That was a big mistake. The property had a lot of issues on the interior and we planned to keep the tenants in place for cash flow.  They decided to leave after one month.  After cleaning it out and all the repairs needed we eventually rented it out and later sold the property.
