This property was brought to me by my realtor as it was being sold under market value and looking for a cash sale. I bought the home after a video walk thru from the realtor and hired a contractor to update kitchen, bathrooms, carpet, paint, and plumbing. The contractor costs ended up being over budget and we decided to sell the property to put money elsewhere. We learned a lot from this property as it was one our first flips as we broke even on the project and learned how to handle contractors and scopes of work. We sold the property to a local investor who rented it out.
